What is an ATS?

An Applicant Tracking System is the software most companies use to receive, filter and rank job applications. Many CVs are screened out by an ATS before a person ever reads them, usually because of formatting or missing keywords rather than weak experience.

How is my CV scored?

Your CV is analysed across eight areas: formatting, professional profile, experience, skills, keywords, education and certifications, clarity, and GCC readiness. Each area is scored individually, and together they produce your overall score out of 100.

Is this the actual score from an ATS?

No single number exists across all systems, because every ATS ranks differently. Your score is an ATS-style assessment: it measures how well your CV is likely to perform against the parsing and keyword logic these systems share, and how it will read to the recruiter behind the screen.

What is GCC Readiness?

A category built for the Gulf job market. It checks eight things regional recruiters expect: location, visa status, notice period, nationality, languages, how clearly your GCC experience is surfaced, contact conventions, and whether your qualifications can be evaluated regionally. Global CV tools check none of this.

Can I match my CV to a specific job?

Yes. Paste any job description, or drop the job link, and you'll get a match score, the keywords and skills you're missing, and where your CV doesn't clearly demonstrate what the role asks for.

Will the AI make things up about me?

Accepted Answer

No. The optimiser repositions what your CV already says. It never adds an employer, a date, a qualification, a skill or a number that wasn't in your original. Where a job asks for something your CV doesn't evidence, we leave it out and tell you, so you can add it yourself if it's true.

What file formats can I upload?

PDF and Word (.docx), up to 4 MB. Text-based files work best. Scanned image PDFs can't be read reliably, and we'll tell you if yours is one.

Yes. CV scoring, job matching and CV optimisation are all free. Your score is never gated.

Is my CV secure?

Accepted Answer

Your CV is used only to generate your score, your match and your optimised version. It is never shared with recruiters, employers or any third party, and it is stored privately, with no public link to your file.
